ATTENDANCE
• The CBSE requirement of Attendance is 75%
• One Day absence – note in the
School Calendar.
• Absence of more than one day -Leave
Application/Medical Certificate .
ATTENDANCE continued…
• Attending all the Practical Periods is
mandatory.
• In case of Absence without prior
intimation , Practical will not be
repeated.
ACADEMICS
• Academic year commences from 12th March 2015.
• Syllabus(Theory and Practical) will be tentatively
completed by November Last week.
• Students must be regular in completing Home
work /Practice Assignments given to them.
• Academic Planner will be given to students.

SUBMISSIONS • In the Academic year students will
perform Practicals and work on
Projects.
• Submission and Certification of all the
Journals and Projects is mandatory for
the Board Practical Examination.
• Students must adhere to the

One Summative Assessment will
be conducted in the month of

Exam will be conducted based on
the 75% of the syllabus.
Mock Practicals/Viva
TWO Mock Practical/Viva will be conducted.
First Practical/Viva : In the month of September
based on 75% of the Practical Syllabus.
Second Practical/Viva : In the month of
December based on the entire Practical Syllabus.
Pre-Board Examination
School will conduct TWO Pre-Board
Examinations based on the CBSE pattern to
help students become familiar with the
Examination.
• First Pre-Board Exam: In the month of
December.
• Second Pre-Board Exam: In the month of
January.
CBSE Board Examination
• Board Practical Examination will
tentatively be scheduled between
15th January to 15th February
• Board Theory Examination will
tentatively start in the
1st week of March
Extra Classes /Retests
• Retest will be conducted for students
scoring below 40% in Unit/Skill
Based/Summative / Pre-Board
Examinations.
• Extra classes will be conducted on 2nd and
4th Saturdays to help students scoring below
40% to improve their performance.

• Students should be punctual.
• Students are expected to behave
as per the social norms defined
by the school.
Driving to School
For students using two-wheelers:
• Valid Licence
• Licence copy along with parent’s
undertaking should be submitted to Class
Teacher.
• Wearing Helmet is compulsory.
• Vehicles must be parked in the area allotted
for the students .
• Vehicles must enter and exit school premises
at safe speed.
Electronic Gadgets
Electronic devices are not permitted in
school.
• Cell phones
• I-pods
• Electronic games
• Cameras etc…
If found, gadgets will be confiscated.
Students can use school telephone to
contact their parents.
Parent Teacher Meetings
• Better communication between parents and
teachers will help students.
• Information regarding PTM will be
conveyed through SMS/e-mail/School
Calendar.
• Parents are requested to attend the
meetings.
• Other than PTM, parents can meet teachers
only on 4th Saturdays.
