PROJECT OVERVIEWStarted in Vietnam in 2008, “Living with HIV” aims to educateVietnamese youths about HIV/AIDS.

Target audience:• University/high school students

• HIV-positive children

• Blue-collar workers

Objectives:• Provide practical knowledge

• Raise awareness & eliminate discrimination toward HIV-positive people

• Meaningful interaction among target audience & interns

Activities– HIV Education workshops

We organize workshops to promote the 5 key knowledge about HIV/AIDS:

Getting tested

How to prevent?

What are HIV and AIDS?

Positive living/

treatment

Workshop is organized at:

- Universities, colleges

- Shelter homes

- Blue-collar workers’ dormitory

Activities– Interactive visit trips

The interactive visit trips were carried out with theinvolvement of people who participate in our educationworkshops.

We organize tours around the orphanages of HIV-positivechildren to bring the true image of their lives tostudents.

The trips also includes many activities to create theconnection between students and HIV-positive children.

These includes painting, shaping clays, outdoor games,etc..
