PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
- Evaluate each KPI to confirm annual performance
- Assess LIXIL Behaviors demonstrated in one year
- Evaluate final performance result
- Review annual performance and get alignment(+calibration of results)
- Track mid year performance against annual objectives
- Adjust the objectives as per business needs
- Evaluate 1st half year’s achievement and strengthen 2nd half year’s focus
- Set annual objectives
- Confirm working priority and focus by setting weightage
- Align Objective between employees and managers & dotted line managers
- Set Individual Development Plan(IDP)*

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
• Every employee is required to set his/her Objectives for the year
• there shall be no more than 8 objectives in a year
• Each objective shall:
• have “Target & Metric” and “Stretch Target & Metric”
• be assigned a percentage weightage
• The total weightage of all Objectives shall be equal to 100%

• Go to “Internet Options” → ‘Advanced’ tab
• In ‘Settings’, look for ‘Security” drop down list
→ Uncheck ‘Enable integration Windows
