The results of our survey were challenging.

- unclear strategy & vision, people feeling disempowered, work overload, bad leadership..

So we started to discuss our structures.

In 2012 we decided to adopt the Holacracy Constitution

TEXTbecause there were some good things: - structure of meetings - some practices.. - pragmatic approach: safe enough to try,

good enough to start, - forcing people to exchange and meet - - irritating old thinking patterns and

evokes new thinking and perspectives.

in 2013 I left the organization.

TEXTdon’t force new methods. Don’t buy them. The shortcut can turnout to be no shortcut at all

we don’t need a social technology. but a transformation of the mind and heart.
