INSTRUCTIONS
500g of lobster meat
4 tbsp. of mayonnaise
fresh ground pepper and salt
1/4 cup finely chopped
celery (optional, for those who
like a little "crunch")
lemon juice to taste
3 tbsp. of butter, softened
4 split-top hotdog buns
OPTIONAL SIDES: coleslaw,
french fries, BEER!

QUICK & EASY MAINE-STYLE
Set aside to cool: Cover the
lobster salad and refrigerate for
30 minutes.
Mix the lobster salad: Drain
lobster meat, to remove excess
liquid. Toss lobster with 4
tablespoons mayonnaise and
celery (if using). Season with
lemon juice, salt, and pepper to
taste.
Toast the buns: Heat a non-stick
pan over medium heat. Butter all
the sides of the hotdog buns and
grill 2-3 minutes on each side,
until toasted.

Assemble your rolls: Stuff the
toasted buns with your lobster
salad. 04
