Total acid number represents an indicator of oil oxidation degree. the more polluted, the higher number.

NanoRex added oil indicates a lower acid number even though driving distance and times being extended. (good anti-oxidization)

The viscosity index represents the change of viscosity as per temperature change. The higher viscosity index, the lower viscosity change as per temperature change.

The Longest Record Certification

■ Institute & Testing Partners: Korea Record Institute, Sindaeyeong car repair shop,

Korea polytechnics (Hwaseong Campus)

■ Purpose: The challenges of the longest Korea records (driving without engine oil)

under the supervision of certification authority. (Vehicle: Hyundai Sonata III , 180,000km)

■ Test Method: 1. Car driving for 30 km after NanoRex is added to engine oil

2. Driving on highway(or roads of the city) after removal of engine oil

■ Reduction of Driving Energy Driving energy(Power/Fuel Consumption)of the equipment decreases by the high

lubrication performance at friction surface. Especially, formation of concrete oil film makes it possible to use low viscosity of lubrication and then it could cause to reduce the additional energy consumption.

■ Temperature Drop of Lubricant Strong formation of lubrication oil film makes the frictional heat at the friction surface

minimized. As a result, the driving temperature of lubricant and equipment becomes lowed.

■ Improvements of Lubricant Life Time Life time of lubricant is increased dramatically since carbonization of oil and foreign

substances entering is minimized and hence lubrication effect is maximized.

■ Reduction of Noise and Vibration Maximized lubrication effect by forming concrete lubricating oil film at the friction surface

makes the abrasion minimized by minimizing the gap between piston and cylinder and then the noise and vibration of driving equipment decrease.

■ Improvement of Start Performance 70% of abrasion of engine occurs during starting. Start performance improves extremely

by the strong and thick lubricant film sustained at the friction surface while the driving of equipment stops. Especially even in cold weather, Nano-Rex has excellent performance of engine start due to the improvement of lubrication performance.

■ Minimization of Blowby gas phenomenon Formed thick lubricating oil film can seal the sliding surface of cylinder completely to

minimize the loss of combustion gas , and then minimize the emission of exhaust gas and to enhance the output.

■ Oil replacement cycle Recommends to replace NanoRex added engine oil every 20,000 km because of the life time of air

filter & oil filter even though itself cycle being 40,000 km ▶ Any engine oils or additives can’t prevent the engine oil contamination from oxidation/ moisture

permeation/abrasion so far. ▷ therefore, if running by 150,000 km with some additives, it should bring the engine abrasion, oil performance drop and mileage drop significantly.

■ Improvement of anti-abrasion performance With lubricants, normally the expected life time is shortened due to metal debris by the abrasion

of cylinder, however NanoRex added lubricant enables to enhance the anti abrasion performance

significantly because of thick lubricating film and Nano crystal of NanoRex and is verified that

metal debris in the lubricant has been decreased considerably.

■ Improvement of oil life time

In case of lubricants, its usage can be mostly within 2 weeks due to oxidation by frictional heat.

however, it can be extended more than 5 times in case using NanoRex because of decrease of

frictional heat due to lubricating film as well as ball bearing effect of Nano Crystal.
