System of trainings for employees of Luxoft Personnel
Introductory training for recruiters “Introduction to SW development” (which clarifies basic specifics of IT industry from effective recruitment view).
Annually each employee gets 5-6 days for professional education.
Courses of English (course - 3-4 months, twice a week for 1,5 hour).
Employee annually takes assessment in order to evaluate his current activities and produce training plan for the next one.
According to the plan employee takes the necessary trainings during the year period.
The company is an initiator of the employee’s participation in the external training programs, which lead to the improvement of the trainee’s qualification.
Meetings one to one (employee - head) are typical on a regular basis. The aim of the meetings is adjustment of employee’s activities, getting feedback.
