More stable precision is required for sizing devices with the progress of work precision.For example, such a sizing device is required that can start up quickly after a break and keep stabilized precision even under a factory environment where the temperature changes. Newly developed in-process measuring head for outside diameter "MOD Gage" and the in-process measuring head for internal diameter "MID Gage", and the general-purpose measuring head "ΓII" and "ΓIII" gages can solve these challenges. In addition to the mechanism design in consideration of the temperature characteristics, the installed high-performance differential transformer sensor can achieve stability comparable to the highly appreciated advanced precision measuring head "Super Σ".
In ΓIII-ARA, the adjustment of the measuring force and retract stroke in addition to "compact ness", "high precision" and "superior temperature characteristic" which was the feature of Γll and ΓIII become possible. A setting is enabled based on the constraints such as work quality, measurement location, work shape, and so on. On-site adjustment also has upgraded the maintainability.
For the works of a small diameter that require high precision such as small diameter bearing, new model rear fork gage RF-08 has been lined up. The downsizing has been achieved by inheriting the fundamental structure of the conventional products RF-05A/RF-06A which are superior in durability and credibility, and may contribute to the scale down of production lines, machine tools, and the saving area to be installed.
With the downsizing of grinders, the measuring head is also greatly downsized. Especially, the "ΓIIGage" can be installed on a limited space by the incorporation of the retract air cylinder.Small grinders without hydraulic mechanism are also fully supported with the four models of air driving unit lined up this time.The durability has been dramatically improved by designing the seal and the bearing materials. And corresponds to diversified coolant.
In the measurement after ID process a guided bore gage for determining the position for inserting a work is used. In the replacement of guides carried out when replacing the steps, it has been generally regarded to be a difficult task requiring experienced skills. The new guided bore gage "BG-100 gage" has dramatically reduced the time for replacing the guide by employing a method in which the replaced parts used for changing the measurement diameter are dubbed and fixed to the reference surface. In addition, a model with retract function that won't leave the insertion trace of a probe on aluminum work is available.
Even skilled workers spend long hours for the step replacing works including tool replacement and setting works, and there is a possibility of making human errors.Touch locator "TL-01" is a compact touch prove suitable for the detection of tools such as the NC grinder, NC lathes, and machining centers and such applications as work setup, which is useful for reducing the setup time, improvement of machine operating time and processing precision of works.

The sizing device installed in multiple products mixed lines employ a wide-range supporting measurement head in order to eliminate a work to change the steps for treating works in different dimensions.D series gage, incorporating a digital scale is the one to answer the request of the customers who desire "more precise and more stable measurement head" on multiple products mixed lines.The digital gage, superior in temperature characteristic, keeps stable precision even under a harsh environment such as temperature fluctuation, and its superior startup feature will contribute to the improvement of production efficiency.
The small general-purpose head Γ-D gage has been devised by integrating the small general-purpose head ΓII/III and the Σ-D gage. The small measurement head with which layouts can be created freely answers to all the requirement for the height, lengths, step difference, and so on, in addition to the internal diameter and outside diameter.Of course, the performance of the precision and measurement range is as high as that of Σ-D.
The new detector, E-DT-80SE has unitized the coil part and the slide part, so that the Pre travel can be adjusted by the separated structure.This has enabled supporting a variety of applications, e.g., measuring the height by inserting a work from the horizontal direction.In addition, the unitization has enabled maintenance.Moreover, "Waterproof specification" conforming to the Waterproof standard IP67 is lined up.
