1. An OverviewMagnetic separator is a kind of device in which a strong magnetic field is employed to remove magnetic materials from sand or a concentrate, or to selectively remove or separate their constituent minerals. Magnetic separators are commonly used in conjunction with high tension separators to process the heavy mineral concentrates obtained from beach sands, monazite placers, tin placers, etc.The extensive range of our products use the principle of magnetic force extending to a full range of industrial magnetic equipment that separate, concentrate or lift materials used in mining, recycling, coal handling, etc.

WHIMS is used for concentration of weak magnetic mineral like hematite or purification of non-ferrous mineral like kaolin, quartz. Variable magnetic intensity is up to 22,000Gs. The unique design of magnetic system and water cooling system delivers grade and recovery improvement and minimize maintenance. WHIMS sizes or models range from laboratory research, pilot to large machines for industrial application. Ring diameter is from 600mm and up to 3000mm with a handling capacity of up to 400t/h

4. Dry Low Intensity and Medium Intensity Magnetic Separator
Our LCG series magnetic separator is applied for dry separation in the primary stage of concentrator or working site with limited availability of water. Material or Feeding particle size is 0-12mm. The magnetic system can be ferrite or rare earth depending on magnetic intensity required. Magnetic intensity ranges from 600GS to 7000GS, magnetic drum diameter in 800mm or 1000mm in different length.

RCD Series electromagnetic magnetic separator is available in both manual and self-cleaning, and classified into air-cooled, fan-cooled and oil cooled to fit for different working conditions. The RCD Series electromagnets are used for continuous removal of tramp iron weighing 0.1 -35kg buried in material on belt conveyor to protect costly equipment or expensive belt conveyor systems. Magnetic intensity ranges from 500Gs to 1600GS at rated suspension height adapted to variable belt width from 600mm to 2400mm.

8. Eddy Separator
9.1 Application
Eddy Current Separator (ECS) employs a conductive or repelling force between the magnetic field generated inside a unique rotor to throw or separate the non-ferrous metal out from other materials such as plastic, paper or other non-metallic material in the waste stream. The ECS has a wide application in recycling industry like aluminum recovery from crushed automobiles, refrigerators, scrape aluminum, etc. It is available in concentric and eccentric, and with feeding width ranges from 500mm to 2000mm.

Coil and Separate Water Cooling System
Matrix on ring induces high intensity magnetic field up to 22,000gs on its surface when it rotate in magnetic area. The high intensity magnetic field suits it for concentration of weak magnetic mineral and purification of non-magnetic material. Pulp is introduced into separation zone. When magnetic particles run through highly induced matrix, they are attracted on matrix surface, and then run out of separation zone with the ring. The high intensity magnetic field disappeared immediately after leaving separation zone. Most of the attracted magnetic particles fall into concentrate tray, and low pressure water rinse spray is directed onto the ring on top to discharge remanence on the ring. Non-Magnetic particles run through matrix with water and discharged through tailings outlet.During the separation, the pulsation unit drives rubber drumhead, making pulp level move up and down. Movement of pulp rinses particles attracted on surface of matrix, and keeps particles loose in pulp, offering thorough separation. Therefore, it delivers higher recovery with desirable concentrate grade, and prevents jam in matrix.

11. Wet Drum Magnetic Separator11.1. Summary
Wet drum magnetic separator ranges from 650GS to 7000GS in magnetic intensity. It is suitable for concentration of ferromagnetic mineral like magnetite and heavy media recovery. We launched the worldwide largest wet drum separator. This kind of separator with1500mm diameter and 5000mm width whose capacity can reach to 400 t/h in 2011.
Demagnetizer breaks magnetic coagulation between magnetized particles after magnetic separation. It works to improve screening and beneficiation efficiency.

We operate our own laboratory within our manufacturing center, which is a state-of-the-art magnetic separation engineering facility. This laboratory undertakes professional sample testing and reporting for a wide range of mineral and some of recyclingindustries.
Magnet with high coercive force is applied for the magnet system to deliver stable magnetic performance, and ensures demagnetization less than 5% in 8 years.
Magnetic gradient affects the magnetic force much as showed at right. The engineer has employed special design to createhigher gradient to improve recovery.
Multi-pole magnet system structure design helps improve theconcentrate grade by increasing turn-over of magnetic particles on drum surface, which enables magnetic particles be attracted out of magnetic balls, and get rid of non-magnetic thoroughly.

13 LTC DemagnetizerApplication
Features
Demagnetizers are used to break-up "magnetic balling" or clumping in multi-stage magnetic separations. It generates a continuous constant magnetic field and will break up 'clumps' efficiency and increase concentrate grade.
It uses a single coil to induce a core magnetic field with a constant peak value and offers low power consumption and good demagnetization.We apply high wear resistant material in abrasive areas.Unique circuit design presents rectangular sine-wave of voltage and continuous angular current wave.The magnetic field generated by the coil decreases along anarc and alternates at high frequency to magnetize pulp in the opposite direction repeatedly, reducing magnetic force gradually to zero.The magnetic circuit adopts imported IGBT module as theswitch element to guarantee safe current alternation, and inturn, to assure continuous oscillation of the magnetic field toprovide the continuous demagnetization required.IGBT is integrated within the IPM module and the drive module is designed to prevent over-current, short circuiting, voltage deficiency and over-heating.

Eddy current separator (ECS) separates non-ferrous metal from non-metallic material.
