Lessons learned
- Having a multi-departmental team allowed to better align the business and technology with
the proper governance and support structure.
- Top management support and understanding of the system being developed was crucial.
- Incremental Proof of Concepts throughout the development and implementation phases were
needed.
- Carefully selection of partners was essential; IACHR also learned that going back to the
