We hear that a lot around here.

In 1903, Tom Finnegan began building bicycles from his small shop in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Malvern. In the 110 years that have since passed, Malvern Star has become an Australian icon; synonymous with high quality, affordable bikes and formidable partnerships with Australia’s most famous bike racing legends such as Sir Hubert ‘Oppy’ Opperman and Phil Anderson.

We’re pretty proud of that …

In order to celebrate our 110th birthday, we looked at our rich history for inspiration and chose to commemorate this significant milestone by creating a new head-badge, celebrating where we’ve come from, where we’ve been and most importantly, where we’re going.
