Now we have described Process to manage employee details in company using Employee Salary Software

Step 1: Firstly install DRPU employee salary software on your Windows Desktop and Laptop to

manage company and employee records in computerized way.

Step 2: Now run ERP software, Click on Open An Existing Company option to open your

existing company. Select your company, Enter user name and password for accessing your

company details and click on login button.

Step 3: To add employee detail, go to Master menu, select Employee menu and click on Add

Employee option. Fill various details of employee like General, Official, Salary, Leave, Shift

Charges & Allowances and Miscellaneous details as shown and press save button.

Step 4: If you want to update any employee records, go to Employee menu and click on Update

Employee option. Now select employee from list of employee for updating information and

press OK button.

Step 5: Pop-up Update Employee window, now you can update all the details of employee.

Step 6: If you want to delete any employee record, go to employee menu and select Delete

Employee Option, select employee ID from drop-down and click on delete button.

Step 7: If you want to view all employee list, go to employee menu and select Employee List

option. Here you can see all employee records and click on print option for printing report. Enter

title to print sheet and give print command.
