Mantra means a Truth Statement. It is the formula for realizing the Self.

This book on the Mantras was received in the form of Divine Insight in the hours of

meditation.

The purpose of this book is to get established in the Stability of the Absolute. There is

no higher purpose, nor any greater way of living the life.

Please learn to do profound contemplation. Contemplation is the key to Meditation. I

want you to have such depth in thinking that even listening to a divine word would

transport you into the highest realms of Silence.

Such books are meant for digestion and integration. They cannot be studied from

cover to cover in a few sittings only.

Please study only one Mantra a day. Meditate on its deep meaning for thirty minutes

in the morning before you go to your work place.

Keep the Mantra and the related understanding alive in the background of your mind

throughout the day. Try to apply this understanding in each situation and with each

person you meet.

In the evening, when you come back home, take rest for about half an hour and

meditate again on the same Mantra. Also think about your day – whether you were able

to live the Truth in different situations. If no, why?

Sleep with the Mantra. If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to ask.
