Florida Pam Bondi responded to the 5th District Court of Appeals in the State V. Zimmerman case.Mark O'Mara, attorney for George Zimmerman, files this defense reply. The 5th DCA is set to rule on a Writ of Certiorari submitted by O'Mara surrounding the blocked deposition of Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump. The defense wants to depose him surrounding his knowledge of the key witness #8, Dee Dee. The State and Benjamin Crump do not want to be deposed.The DCA is set to rule soon.
