Extra – Work Details

• After School Baseball Academy Students can access the outdoor and indoor facilities to get extra help with Pitching, Hitting and Defense on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

• Groups will be selected in order to meet demand on facilities and keep the numbers of students involved manageable at Big League Apparel and in the Weight Room.

• Fall Instructional games include at least 1 trip outside the Edmonton Area all within Alberta.

• Local Fall games to be played at Spruce Grove, Empire Park or Callingwood Park depending on availability. Surrounding Associations will also host games for the Baseball Academy Teams.

Extra – Work Details

• Strength and Conditioning at the St. Francis Xavier High School weight room with a professional instructor on Monday through Thursday morning before school at 6:30am.

• Weight Room sessions are added during Christmas break for the students to stay active as well we see past graduates attend the workouts.

• 2 Summer Sessions per week are conducted by Sheen Bromley while focusing on Hitting and Offensive strategies – based on students wanting to participate.
