Itisessentialthatthispositionbeabletocompleteandsupportthefollowingfunctions:• Helpconceptmarketingcreativecampaignsandcopywriting,includingprintcollateral,websites,
emailcampaigns,socialmediaandpublicitypromotions.
• Thisisapositionthatrequiresadaptability,agility,dynamic,iterativeapproach.Thisisacreativeconceptualizingpositionaswellasaroll-up-the-sleevesandgetitdoneposition.Onedaymaybebrainstormingproductconcepts,thenextmaybestoryboardingacomprehensive,multi-channelintegrateddigitalcampaign,andthenextmaybewritingcopyorcraftinganemailcampaignforleadgenerationornurturingleads,orcreatingthescheduleforallmarketingcampaigns.
• TheMarketingCreativeStrategistisaleaderwhocanmaximizethetalentsofotherswithwhomtheycollaborate.TheCreativeStrategisthastoinspireothersanddrawoutthedepthofcreativityoftheentireteam.
• Thisroleisidealforsomeonewho’shungrytotake,ownandrunwithconcepts–whocantakea
problem,conceptasolution,andthencraftwinningconceptstodriveforleadgenerationandadoptions
RequiredSkillsandAptitudes• DegreeinMarketing,Communicationsorrelateddegreeorequivalentexperience.• Whileadegreeinmarketing,communicationartsorarelatedfieldisabonus,theCreativeStrategist
moreimportantlymustpossessahighdegreeofself-initiativeanddrive,boundlesscreativeenergy,masteryofstorytelling,highlydevelopedmarketingcommunicationinstincts,andapassionforouraudienceandmessage.We’re looking for someonewhobrings3-5years’ experience in creativework,campaignconceptdevelopmentandexecution,andprojectmanagementtojoinourteamthatworksinanopencollaborativeworkenvironment.
• Thoroughunderstandingofinteractivecommunications(i.e.,website,email,socialmedia)anddeliverysystems,processes,anduserinterfacedesignaswellasindustrybestpractices.
• Knowledgeoflayouts,graphicfundamentals,andabilitytostoryboardortranslateideastodesigners.
• Strongworkingknowledgeofexperiencedesign,branddevelopment,andmulti-channelmarketingconcepts.
