concept: design a skyscraper where interior spaces aren’t monotonous and fragmented by the repetition of identical storeys for the entire height of the building. The skyscrapers evolution in the second half of the ‘900 and the first years of the new millennium, shows how the new solutions about the load-bearing building structure create heterogeneous and always different interior spaces. The reinforced concrete cores contain the principal distribution system and are connected by four big reticular steel beams (three storeys tall everyone). The lifts in the cores lead to four big public/commercial areas (in correspondence to reticular beams) where’re the secondary distribution systems that serve every storeys. This distribution system solution allows to visitors and workers to live with vitality the interior spaces of the building and to have the possibility for relationship.
