Parking: Collaborative Innovative Center (CIC) Hourly parking is available in the Collaborative Innovation Center (CIC) Garage. The entrance to the parking lot is on South Neville under the Forbes Avenue bridge. Directions to the CIC Garage From Fifth and Craig (follow blue arrows): Go east on Fifth 1 block to Neville. Make right onto S. Neville. Go under Forbes Ave bridge. CIC parking entrance will be on your left. Take stairs or elevator to Lobby. There also is parking in the Carnegie Museum of Art parking garage. at Forbes and Craig
