The research conducted was limited to Jaipur city only. Due to time constrains more time could not be devoted to individual
respondent. A busy schedule of dealers/ retailers also makes the collection of
information a very difficult one. Full district was not covered, as this is very tedious job to be done in
few days however almost all main areas of district were covered. Non-co-operative behavior of respondent was a big problem in this
survey.
conclusions 1. 64% Customers come to know about MCD from friends. 2. 8% customers know about MCD from newspapers 3. 24% customers by advertisement 1. 32% people think about MCD a wonder place 2. 36% customers knows it for great food 3. 20% customers says MCD is neat & clean place 4. 12% customers think it a costly place 1. 72% goes to MCD for vegetarian food 2. 16% for non vegetarian food 3. 12% for both
Continue…. 1. 60% customers mostly prefer Burger at MCD 2. 20% prefer Ice Cream 3. 8% prefer Cold Drinks 4. 12% prefer french fry 1. 92% customers wants to visit again because of its healthy & fresh food. 2. 8% customers are not satisfied with MCD because of its costly food.
suggestions
Parking facilities should be provide in a better way.
There should be something extra to entertain children.
They should be give discounts to there regular customers.
