Once a concept is agreed upon, we will provide comprehensive art with a quote for the specific design.

When the design is completed and approved, MD Designs will send you a complete proposal for your signature.

After the proposal is signed and returned, the order will be processed, and a proof will be sent to you for your approval.

Finally, when the proof is approved, the order will be released to production.

Your recognition display will ship 4 – 8 weeks after proof approval.

MD Designs by Metal Decor also offers a variety of awards, plaques, and signage to compliment your recognition display.

First and foremost we stand behind our product. If there is a manufacturing defect with the product or a problem related to our production, we will promptly repair or replace the product at no charge.
