• Go to pics4learning.com

• Take 5 minutes and select a picture that interests you

• Form groups as directed by the facilitator

• Await further instructions

visual exploration1. Person A places his/her picture in the middle of the group and talks about why it was

interesting to them. (~1 minute)

2. Person A responds to a common prompt that Chris will put up on the screen. This same prompt will be used by each team member! (~2 minutes)

3. Person B will respond to what person #1 said (~2 minutes)

4. Person C will respond to what persons #1 and #2 said (~2 minutes)

5. Person A will have the last word on what everyone said about her/his picture and the prompt (~2 minutes)

6. Person #1 removes his/her picture from the middle

7. Repeat steps 1-6 with person B and then person C

8. Place all three pictures in the center. Synthesize common themes, unique perspectives, and implications for school leaders. Prepare to share!
