We are all different

but when it comes to what aidsgood mental health and what harms

it, there are some things everyone should bear in mind

You will see people promoting

"wellness" all over

from magazines and

Instagram

to televisionand radio

but not so many of us are TALKING about good mental

health

“what aids good mental health and

what harms it?

how you thinkfeeds how you feel

exercise is a great aid to good mental

health

don’t try to be amind-reader

what and how you think are very

important to good mental health.

Sadly, many of us are not taught "how to think correctly" at

school

learning how to take control of your mind to control how you feel is ONE

OF THE MOST POWERFUL THINGS you can do for yourself

negativity breeds negativity and keeps

you in a cycle of misery

it is therefore very important to ask

yourself questions

“how can I think about this in a more positive way?

“what lesson have I learned from this?

“this is amazing because…

any exercise is a great idea. It really doesn’t have to be hours at the gym

don’t set too many harsh

goals

If you do that, it will be less likely that you will want to do it and, in turn, it

just wont get done

it is really important not to do anyone

else’s thinking but your own

what other people think of you should not matter as much as what you

think of yourself
