Help for bid and submission of percentage rate

Click “Theka”

Click “Online Tendering”

Click on “Show Tender”

If payment made successfully the tender will come under the heading “Payment Made Successfully”

Click on “Open “

Mention percentage rate here, if it is below then please mention minus sign (-) and if it is

above then mention your rate only

Select “Satha Prakar”

Select “BID” & then “Save”this will save your rates

Click On “Sign”

Click “OK”

Select your Digital Signature name

Mention your Digital Key Password

Click “OK”

Please click this “Check Box”

Please ensure tender rate & tender no. before clicking on “Submit Tender Button” then click on “Submit Tender Button”

• Attention !You can edit rate only before submission of tender. So be insure about tender rate.

• First click on “Bid” then edit your tender rate percentage.• Next click on “Save Button” now your new tender rates

will be applicable.• Please verify whether the new rates are appeared below

rate box or not.• Please be insure appeared quoted tender rate because

now you will not allow to change your tender rate.• Finally click on “Submit Tender Button”.• You can view only filled tender rates under Submitted
