A temple was under construction on the outskirts of a town. Some labourers were busy
cutting stones. A passerby stopped to see what was being built. He goes to one of the
labourers and asks “what are you doing?” The man was sad and serious, even looked
angry with himself. Without looking at the visitor he said, “Don’t you see I am cutting
stones?” The visitor moved to another labourer and asked the same question to him,
“What are you doing?” This man looked sad too but was not angry. He put down
his hammer and chisel, raised his eyes and said glumly, “I am earning my bread”
and resumed his work.
The visitor moved to a third workman who was engaged in the same kind of work
near the main gate of the temple. He was in a happy mood, singing. “What are you
doing my friend” the passerby asked. “I am building a temple” replied the man in
a pleasant voice flashing a smile and resumed his work and his singing.
All the three workmen are engaged in the same job, stone cutting but their attitude
to work is quite different from one another. As far as the third workman is concerned,
he has turned his work into a celebration. He can work and sing together.
We can abolish poverty through hard work and be affluent but we may still remain
poor. Poverty of the spirit will not go until we turn our work into a celebration. When
work becomes a celebration it will abolish both kinds of poverty – material and spiritual.
The worker of a modern factory after seven hours of hard work returns home dog tired.
His work is dull and listless like the work of a cook in a hotel. But when a home maker
is cooking for her children and her husband or when a young woman is cooking for her
lover who is coming to visit her, cooking is joyful, never dull or tiring.
I will expect all members of our Synergy family to make work a celebration.

crisis can be a very upsetting event. It will usually have an impact on every part of a
person’s life, from their homes to their workplaces. Many people experiencing such
a crisis will often feel stuck and confused, with nowhere to turn.Spiritual psychology
and spiritual counseling enables the engineers to better understand their own beliefs
and work through that confusion. Spiritual psychologists can help individuals by
allowing them to explore their spiritual side and work toward repairing any shattered
pieces of their souls. Mind control is a “process by which individual or collective
