An upgrade script Upg10db must be run to convert Project Server 2002 databases as some schema changes have occurred.

Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 cannot use SharePoint Team Services version 1.0 for its documents and issues management platform.

The “PSmigrat” migration tool will be available to assist you in migrating to Windows SharePoint Services.

Microsoft Project Professional 2002 can open and save projects to a Microsoft Office Project 2003 server.

Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 requires Windows 2000 or higher.

Microsoft Office Project 2003 projects are not compatible with Microsoft Project 98 projects.
