• Although new jobs are being created, the unemployment rate in the U.S has increased by 26% in the last 10 years.

• In 2004, a healthy 5.1 percent global economic rate resulted only in a disappointing 1.8 percent increase in the number of employed people.

cages. They are

burned, beaten and

starved.

These women come to Hong Kong for employment and get all that in

return. They work hard with sometimes no pay at all.

2.We will raise money using fundraisers and donate it to KIVA. This way we will be helping people get jobs and raising awareness simultaneously.

3. Create a website that raises awareness abouta. The problems faced by migrant workersb. Why migrants leavec. What KIVA does.

LONG TERM GOALSMaintain a website and continue funneling funds to KIVA throughout high school, college and adulthood.
