sidiary of MJM Capital Group, provides bridge
loans for commercial real estate income producing
properties (land on a case by case). We specialize
in quick, hard to place, non conventional transac-
tions in need of flexible underwriting. Our loans
are based off the equity in the property, not the
borrower. Our decisions are made by experienced
real estate professionals, not committees.
MJM Private’s underwriting emphasis is on prop-
erty equity as opposed to the typical “red tape”
which banks commonly underwrite. When oppor-
tunities arise, speed and flexibility are often
needed to capitalize on the situation. Underwriting
the property instead of simply the “financials” al-
lows MJM Private to fund at an expeditious pace.
We will consider all income producing commercial
real estate assets.

The engineering analysis of income - producing commercial property
applies tax code to reclassify eligible assets to shortened deprecia-
tion periods, resulting in an immediate reduction in taxable income
and an increase in cash flow.
