• Montwood from McRae to Zanzibar– Windrock from Montwood to Eastwood Dam– Honolulu and Trinidad (200-300’ to
accommodate sanitary sewer adjustment)• Eastwood Dam• Replacement of Traffic Signal at Wedgewood
• Consists of street, drainage, parkway and accessibility improvements
– Water distribution lines and services replacement, (entire project)
– Sanitary sewer lines and services replacement, (Honolulu, Trinidad and at Windrock)
– Underground storm sewer system (11'x7' Concrete Box Culvert)
– Increase capacity to Eastwood Dam (PSB)

standard curb and gutter– Concrete sidewalks and driveways– ADA compliant ramps and 8' sidewalks, plus
4' parkway with trees– New landscaping and irrigation along
parkway (4’), modifications to existing landscaping and irrigation at medians

Project Schedule
– Target start construction December 2012/January 2013
– Scheduled completion January 2015
– Anticipated Impacts
–Construction Time 24 months
–Access to properties will be maintained
–Various detours will be in place throughout the construction
–Temporary driveway and sidewalk closures

–Scheduled water service shutdowns, 24 hour advance notice to be given, maximum of four hours long.
