• Previous experience at Fermilab, NASA, Consultant Software Engineer, Manager, or Director in the USA or HP, Microsoft, Adidas, Bayer, Burger King, Lee Jeans, Sonic Drive In, Kauffman Foundation, multiple Venture backed start ups (Kozoru and Swingvote), and in KSA for the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Petrol, Zain Telecom, Ministry of Labor, and a Startup Founder and Exit (Moteel)
• XP and Agile methods since 2005
• Extensive experience following Waterfall, CMMi, RUP, and other Iterative Processes

• LeSS is not Scrum as a building block with additional coordination process elements to ensure alignment
• Minimalistic so LeSS is Scaled Up and Not Tailored Down
• Based on empiricism and NOT a miracle quick fix pill
• Based on years of experiments (instead of fake “best practices”), guides, LeSSPrinciples, and LeSS Rules
