11 & 12 Months Motor skills Baby can stand alone May be able to walk alone Starts to talk

11&12 month motor skills Baby can hold and drink from

cup. Puts blocks, boxes, or nesting

toys inside each other. Baby can pick up small objects

using thumb and forefinger.

Motor Skills 9 to 10 Months

Able to drink from cup

Able to stand Able to play

Peek a Boo

Able to stand while holding on

Able to sit

Able to say other words other than ma-ma and dada

Eleven to Twelve Months• He or She is more mobile

taking the first steps.• Walks while holding on

to furniture.• Crawling• Standing up while

holding on to furniture.• Hands things to other

people• Take toys away from

other little kids
