Since 1993, Rock Helmets has been a synonym of high quality Made in Italy sports, industrial and work at height helmets.

We create innovative mountaineering and industrial models as well as helmets for professional and amateur skiers, snowboarders, hang gliders, mountain bikers and horseback riders.

Our work is filled with passion, commitment, continuous improvement and product development. We are always striving for complete safety and satisfaction of those who rely on our experience.

Rock Helmets was founded on Simoni’s experience who, since the eighties, produces handmade caps and fiberglass semi-finished products; throughout the years we have always pursued our personal evolution with a single goal: always to improve. This is how we began to create our sports helmet lines for mountaineering, skiing and snowboarding

and an innovative range of industrial safety and work at height helmets. Investments in design and continuous research of the best materials and Italian technologies allow us to create products that perfectly offer the best performance.We are proud of the fact that we design and manufacture our products in Grosseto, Tuscany, our hometown, with the assurance of materials and components produced in Italy. Thus, unlike many other manufacturers, we can assure that we offer a genuine Made in Italy product.

At Rock Helmets we believe our helmets are the result of our passion for sports that feature an Italian racing tradition.

This gives rise to an accurate design that uses high-quality materials entirely made in Italy.

Each model is created in the headquarters of Grosseto, Tuscany, and are carefully crafted and assembled with top quality Italian parts.

Our highly qualified staff with more than twenty years experience at our company manufactures all products found in our catalogue carefully, ensuring optimum performance and safety.

Our passion, your safety.

All Rock Helmets products comply with safety standards and certifications that ensure the reliability of our helmets. Our accredited institution, CSI SpA, subjects all of our products to accurate testing. This institution has worked in the field of sport and industrial helmet certifications for many years.

The product certifications issued by CSI SpA include tests capable of proving com-pliance with the requirements of appli-cable reference standards. These checks are repeated over time to ensure product features are maintained.

Once a model has obtained certification, Rock Helmets acquires the right of use of an EC certificate that accompanies our products and ensures the performance of products and their compliance with requi-red standards.

Our models have been certified based on the type of activities in for which they were designed:

• EN 397 for industrial use and work at height helmets

• EN 12492 for mountaineering helmets• EN 1077 (Class A or B) for ski,

snowboarding and free-ride helmets• EN 1385 for water sport helmetsù• EN966 for free flight helmets

Some of our helmets also have obtained specific certifications:

• UIAA for mountaineering helmets• ANSI for industrial helmets (USA)
