Qualification • The survey instrument was over 30 questions.

• There were three indices: breadth of service, size of deal, and quality of service.

• Weightings were not divulged. Size of deal is a factor, but the other two factors are more heavily weighted.

• There is a bias toward complexity and longer term programs in the rankings. To qualify, you must have a minimum of 10 surveys from 7 different clients to be considered.

Verification • Only corporate email accounts are honored.

• Every survey respondent receives a confirmation email informing

them that their email address was used to complete a survey.

• Our webmaster works with our survey provider to perform IP

address tracking so that no fraudulent surveys are counted.

2019 Process • We sent survey links to 34 selected providers worldwide and our lists of over 1,500 MSP

customers.

• We received surveys on 23 providers.

• We verified surveys from nearly 400 customers and verified 245 completed buyers’ surveys from

193 companies.

• This is the largest MSP customer satisfaction study in the HR trade media.

• The Baker’s Dozen list represents the TOP 13 providers from the survey.
