Planned and implemented with little involvement of the service who were running at a faster base
Could not produce the evidences Overall , assumed that faculty know it all:
assumed that they have the tools to create the geniuses in the students
Further increased service –education gap

Reform nursing education to respond to the current and future challenges
Empower nursing educators /faculty with the tools before engaging in direct teaching
Modify teaching strategies to fit student’s 1.characteristics , 2.styles and ways of thinking (move from critical thinking to critical
