My Shoe Addiction

I buy a lot of cheap shoes online from different outlets and before you know it they just build up. 5 pairs become 10, become 20, become 30….. It got me thinking about whether or not I should start cutting down on my addiction, then I realised that I could never do that. My love of shoes is to great, I could never just go cold turkey. Instead I decide to enjoy them more, so I picked them out one by one and arranged them into categories.

As I was looking through my wardrobe the other day I realised something. I have a lot of shoes, A LOT. You just never know when you’re going to need a specific pair for something, you have to be prepared! There is a bit of a drawback though, I always have friends phoning up and asking if they can borrow a pair.

High Heels At any one time I can have up to 20 pairs of high heels. At the moment I have 14 pairs which are taking up a majority of my or shoe space. High heels always come in handy though. I wear them to work, when I go out for meals with friends and on nights on the town.

SandalsI get a pretty standard usage out of sandals. I wear them around the house, when we go out for walks with the dogs and when I’m holiday.

BootsI love my boots, especially those of the knee high kind. I wear them to work, on nights out and when I just generally feel like looking smart.

TrainersI don’t have trainers as such, I just have a few pairs of high tops and some work out shoes which I use when I’m going to the gym or for a run.

PumpsThey’re great for wearing around the house or for just popping to the shop. Easy to store and come in so many different colours.

I really can’t wait until my addiction dies down a bit as it does cost me a lot, but at the same time I can’t wait until I move into a bigger place in a few months so that I can buy more. Buying cheap shoes online is just part of me and now I have found a great website were I can get them for just £5 a pair.
