This document will show you how the "My Profile", "Manage My Listings" and "Home Pilot Clients" have changed in MyExAccess.

You can modify your Agent Profile Page using MyEzAccess. Select “My Profile” from the “My Account” drop down:

You can update your profile as shown below and click “Save”:

If you are on a team, you will see a “Team Profile” tab. All members on the team are permitted to modify the profile:

You can modify your Listings by using MyEzAccess. Select “Manage My Listings” from the “Listing Management” drop

down:

Select the property that you want to view or modify:

Scroll down to review all data and photos. Click on “Additional Property Info” to add a virtual tour:

You can add virtual tours and modify your additional property comments:

You can manage your Home Pilot clients by using MyEzAccess. Select “Home Pilot Clients” from the “Prospecting”

drop down:

Use the features below to mange your contact.

You can Reivew and Modify the contact and click “Save & Close”.

Click the “Home Pilot Auto Login” to start creating searches for your client.

When you

Screen”.

Complete

the

information

and click

Search to

review the

results.

Refine your resutls as needed. Once you click “Save” you will be prompted to enter the name for the search. If you

click “Immediately” you client will get an email as soon as there are any changes to the Search Criteria. You can select

Daily, Weekly , etc. but your client will only get an email when there is a change.

To edit your criteria come back to this screen by clicking “ Hello Client Name” in the upper right hand corner. Don’t

forget to click “Logout” when completed.
