Kenai National Park is the smallest of the 8 national parks in
Alaska, but in compensation is one of the most beautiful and
visited. It is located on the peninsula of the same name, 200 km south of Anchorage.
The landscape was continually shaped by glaciers,
earthquakes, and climate change, becoming the natural habitat for various mammals such as brown bears, orcas, marmots, sea lions, Golfito,
mountain goats, and seabirds, which come to 20 species.
Several boats make trips to the fjords, including sailing boats
and kajaks
