• I am doing the Japan tsunami , which was on Friday, 11 March 2011 at 2:46pm.

• The country it affected was Japan.

• The thing that caused the tsunami was a 8.9 magnitude earthquake.

3. Which organizations offered support to the people involved?

• The organisations that helped out during the Japan tsunami were UNICEF, World Vision and Salvation Army. They all raised money for the families in need.

4. Write down how people are coping today.

• Japan’s disaster survivors are finding living difficult.

• Lots do not have their homes, clothes and some have lost loved ones.

• They are cold, getting sick, very sad and worried.
