.The focus on retro for this project was highlighted through the current 2011 catwalks where many designers showcased block colouring, especially Jeremy Scott’s range (opposite) which featured pop art clothing and the use of classic logos such as the coca-cola brand. Block colouring featured heavily throughout the collections and demonstrated one of the industry’s leading current trends as a bold statement which stood out from the rest.
