Socrates: there is only one good: knowledge and the only evil: ignorance.
INTRODUCTION
It is time to solve all problems of medicine, relating to the normal existence, disturbance of normal
existence of human body, their diagnosis and treatmen by using fully membered equition 8 which include
a G knowledge + X knowledge + S - knowledge + s-NCM knowledge.
Definition of NCM-newly coded medicine.
NCM-newly coded medicine is triple medical system, composedof Traditional Medicine (TM) in the full
form, also Modern medicine (MM) in the full form and in addition s-NCM new knowledge based
medicine (NKBM), implemented a every day diagnostic and treatment functions by using a three kind
approaches as TM, MM, NKBM together, and their scientific-theoretical basis is strongly connected with
s-NCM new knowledge as new definition of living cells, completely explaining the essence of normal
existence of living cells and simultaneously revealing and discovering the essence of basic theoretical
aspects of Traditional Medicine and Modern medicine, not allowing the mixing and neutralizing
theoretical aspects of both medicine, preserving the unique specificity of their theoretico-practical aspects
and therminological specifics, meanwhile not separating each other.
In recent years, a renewed interest and attention by many scientists of our and foreign countries aredirected towards the establishment of scientific essence of theoretical problems of Tibetan-Mongolian
Traditional Medicine /TMTM/ in strong connection with theory of Contemporary Biology and Medicine
by proposing the new knowledge based model of living cells.
A number of these theoretical problems belongs the theory of five element and the theory rlung, Mkhris,
Badgan.
In this connection a question rises what interorganism's microstructure related morpho-functional unit i.e.
new knowledge based model of living cells plays the role of real material, objective substance, which
leads to the appearance of universal theory of five elements and rlung, mkhris badgan. i.e. the external
properties formed in which morpho-functional unit, structure, revealed by new knowledge, had
perceived and summarized as general characteristics of rlung, mkhris, badgan (so named X- knowledge),
so named 20 external patterns (so named G- knowledge) in traditional medicine 3000 years ago.
And so, recently scientists from many countries are remained, not able to find this whole organisms
unique functional - structural bioequivalents, to propose the new model of living cells, which was
reflected in the theory of rlung, Mkhris, Badgan, which in three forms of existence can be show all the
external signs as hot, cold, heavy, mobile summarized and abstractized by wind like rlung, fire-sun like
mkhris and water-moon like Badgan thermin.
There are reasons to say that the appearing of abstract theory of Rlung, Mkhris, Badgan in Tradititional
medicine 3 thousand years ago - follow from the functioning of membrane -redoxy potentials three state
line systems in the first compartment with close relationship with fourth and second, third compartments
in human body, revealed by s-NCM new knowledge based model of living cells.
To decide a main logical cognitive key points of research works, directed to find the scientifico-methodological basis of Newly Coded Medicine (NCM) was planned to conduct the our study in such
interconnectable ways:
1. The first principally important step of our works was a detection of evolutionary very important-
constantly developed general characteristics of living cells, which may be reflected in the theory of
rlung, mkhris, badgan of Tibetan Mongolian Traditional medicine.
2. The second principally important step of our works was a revealing the functional and structural unit of
living cells, which may be reflected in the theory of Tibetian - Mongolian Traditional medicine in the
following philosophical context as wind - like mobile, unoilly, light nature-external characteristics of
human body, symbolized by rlung abstract thermin, sun-like hot, hot oilly nature-external characteristics

of human body, symbolized by mkhris abstract thermin, moon-like cool, heavy, cold oily nature-external
characteristics of human body, symbolized by badgan abstract thermin.
3. The next principally important step of our works was establish a scientific basis of new enriched
definition of living cells, which are included the functional and structural unit of living cells of human
body, which may be expressed in the theory of Tibetan Mongolian Traditional medicine by abstract
thermins as rlung, mkhris, badgan.
Considering the above mentioned general line of wide scale investigations and difficulties in the studying
of theory of Traditional Medicine, we are setting the following concrete goals:
- To reveal this material substances, which existed inside of human body and conditioned all external
signs of "rlung, Mkhris, Badgan" according to theory of Traditional Medicine /TM/, revealed by s-NCM
new knowledge based model of living cells
To establish scientific matter of abstract notion of (rlung, Mkhris, Badgan), regarding to the age,
season, diets, signs and causes of disease, 'specificity of solid organs and individuals in close connection
with the functional properties, which formed on the level of "such material substances", revealed by s-
NCM new knowledge based model of living cells.
To elaborate the new principles of prevention and treatment of obesity, ageing and cancer within
s-NCM new knowledge based model of living cells, which are existed as "central cognitive-knowledgebridge" between theoretical, diagnostic and treatment aspects of Traditional and Modern medicine.
Results of investigation
1. Fluid alpha state of membrane structures with high level of oxidation potential with high level of
heat energy formation, with high level of proton leak, proton conductance, with middle intensity of
high energy phosphate - ATP generation, of high energy electrons - NADPH generation.
:
By using comparative analytical methods, we demonstrated in 1990 for the first time and eventually
confirmed that whole body's membrane-redoxy potentials 3 state line system, which existed in the three
basic states as:
2. Solid betta - state of membrane structures with high level of reduction potential with middle level
of heat energy formation, with low level of proton leak, proton conductance, with high intensity of
high energy phosphate-ATP generation, of high energy electrons - NADPH generation.
3. Intermediate gamma state of membrane structures with low level of oxidation-reduction potential
with low level of proton gradient generation, low level of heat energy formation, with low intensity of
high energy phosphate - ATP generation, with low intensity of high energy electrons - NADPH
generation could play the role of such a biological substance, relating to theory of 5 element and theory
of rlung, mkhris, badgan.

related - wind like rlung abstract notion.
Scientic essence of our new suggestion lies in discovering "those material subjects" and revealing this
secrets of theory of Rlung-Mkhris-Badgan, why under only similar thermin of rlung-Mkhris-Badgan in
Oriental and Mongolian traditional medicine had expressed more different things, including the whole
organism's regulatory function, seasonal, age and daily changes, specific appearance of R.M.B in
individuals and five sold organs, signs of disease, causes of disease, provocation's and dietary factors.
Abovementioned discovery summarized within s-NCM new knowledge was the scientifico-
methodological basis to laid foundation of new integrated triple medical system-NCM medicine.

E.What is coincidence between abstract theory of Rlung, Mkhris, Badgan and membrane - redoxy
potentials three state line systems in the first compartment, which at first revealed by us:
a. Fluid alpha states, consisting of unsaturated fatty acids with high levels of oxy potentials and with
high levels of proton, electrons conductance and high levels heat energy release, middle degree of energy
accumulation and middle degree of high energy phosphate-ATP, high energy electrons NADPH, with
middle ratio of donators: accceptors are associated with abstract theory of Mkhris, which is distinguished
by hot, hot oil, acute external characteristics.
b. Solid betta state, consisting of mainly saturated fatty acids, conditioning a high levels of red

increased significance of proton, electrons prior to generation of proton gradients, prevailed slipmecchanism are associated with abstract theory of rlung, which is distinguished by light, mobile , nonoil,
cool external characteristics.
The scientifico-methodological basis of newly coded medicine (NCM) is characterized by following
novelty:
1. In the result of proposing the new enriched definition of living cells within s-NCM new knowledge,
which clarified that main key regulating mechanism of living cells are a three states of membrane-
redoxy potentials, providing a normal flow of protons and electrons, by us has been established that
between the quantative proportion of abstractized first compartment related rlung, mkhris, badgan
code and some parameters of cell membrane redoxy potentials, located intercellularly in first
compartment are existed the more strong correlation as: the elevated quantative proportion of
abstractized by mkhris diagnostic parameters is associated with high oxy potentials (first
compartment), the increased quantative proportion of abstractized by rlung diagnostic parameters is
accompanied with slow redoxy potentials (first compartnent), the elevated quantative proportion of
abstractized by badgan diagnostic parameters is associated with high red potentials (first compartnent)
in the healthy persons
2. It has been revealed that between the quantative proportion ofof abstractized second compartment
related rlung, mkhris, badgan code and some parameters of of cell membrane redoxy potentials, located
extracellularly in second compartment are existed the more strong correlation as: a.the elevated
quantative proportion of abstractized by rlung code, located outside of cells is associated with low redoxy
potentials (second compartment), expressed as a low internal and external adipocyte tissues, Rid formula, urine and serum oxidase enzyme activity, urine ph, resistance of membrane structures, high concentration
of deprotonizid products in the membrane structures, low level of serum cholesterol, triglycerids in the
Healthy persons. An all above mentioned code correlation as abstract thermins as rlung, mkhris, badgan
- a three states of membrane- redoxy potentials of living cells serves the main scientifico-methodological
basis of Newly Coded Medicine (NCM), which originated in the integration of traditional and recent
medicine, but principally distinguished from traditional and recent medicine, taken separately.

Life keeping rlung is specific notion of theory of Traditional medicine formed in result of imagination of
ancient philosophers indicating a how human body works and regulate, ensure the normal conductance
of electrons and protons with participation of electrons and protons donators (food intake) -acceptors
(breathihg-oxygens), which needs membrane-redoxy potentials three state line systems inside of living
cells, which leads to formation of ATP, NADPH, heat energy, which would create the basis to formation
of action potential-nervous impulse generation-propogation and cell division, bioenergetical,
biotransformation functions.

U. What is x, g, S, s-NCM stage of developing of medical thinking of humanity according to new
integrated triple medical system - NCM which at first developed by us:
In the framework of NCM medicine we also untroduce the therminology as x, g, S, s-NCM period time -
stage of developing of medical thinking of humanity, which made of chronology of appearing a more
important time interval of developing and foundation of traditional and modern, also NCM medicine
much clearer than it have been before.
G-period is time of appearing of theory of 20 external patterns of Traditional medicine, X- period is time
of appearing of theory of 5 elements and abstract theory of Rlung, Mkhris, Badgan of Traditional
medicine, when yet not formed knowledge as s - NCM knowledge, also Modern medical knowledge as
S.
S-period is time of appearing and developing of Modern medicine, which are not used knowledge as X
and G knowledge.
S-NCM period is time of developing and establishing of NCM medicine, which used Tradiditional
medical knowledge as X, G, Modern medical knowledge as S and new s - NCM knowledge all together,
through it have been integrated all medical knowledge, formed during all time of developing of medical
systems.
U. What is definition of Traditional medicine.Owing to foundation of NCM medicine became clear that such very important regulations as gene in the
one side, Rlung, Mkhris, Badgan in the another side, also such scientific knowledge as genetics and
Traditional medicine existed in the one unseparable cognitive chains, consisting of whole 6 steps, started
by gene regulation in the 1 step - ended by Rlung, Mkhris, Badgan coding in the therminal 6 step.
Traditional medicine is medical system originated by abstractizing and transforming a different external
patterns, appeared in outside of human body because of variety of enzyme - substrates relationship in the
living cell level, manufactured under information - instruction - signalling functions of corresponding
genes, in the first case by 5 elements as fire, water, earth, wind, in the second case by moon like badgan
coding, sun like Mkhris coding, wind like Rlung coding.

20 external patterns (EP) - intelectually transformation of these to the first variant of abstraction as 5
elements (A-1), transformation of these to the second variant of abstraction as Rlung, Mkhris, Badgan(A-
2) when within membrane - redoxy potentials 3 state line system, that provided the normal existence of
all cells by ensuring normal flow of electrons, protons with generating the proton gradient have been
prevailed :
1. The fluid alpha state of membrane structures with high oxidation potential, high level of proton
conductance and high level of proton leak play role of Really existed substance (S), because of this
among 20 external patterns (EP) prevailed 7 patterns as hot, hot oil, acute et all, which at first were
abstractized by fire element among 5 elements (A-1), at second were abstractized by mkhris (A-2).
2. The solid betta state of membrane structures with high reduction potential, middle level of proton
conductance and middle level of proton leak play role of Really existed substance (S), because of this
among 20 external patterns (EP) dominated 7 patterns as cold, cold oil, heavy, stupid et all, which at first
were abstractized by earth, water elements among 5 elements (A-1), at second were abstractized by
badgan (A-2).3. The solid betta state of membrane structures with high reduction potential, middle level of proton

among 20 external patterns (EP) dominated 7 patterns as cold, cold oil, heavy, stupid et all, which at first
were abstractized by wind element among 5 elements (A-1), at second were abstractized by rlung (A-

Besides, the new conception "rlung, Mkhris, Badgan membrane - redoxy potentials 3 state line
system "allows the possibility to explain following general notions of TMTM in accordance to suggested
by us new conception:
1. General characteristics of rlung, Mkhris, Badgan as hot, cold, acute, stupid, motile, light

coupling with formation of "thermogenic, protonophore phore" (Ya.Musil 1984) which are accompanied
by dispersion of many quantity "heat energy" (V.P.Skulacher 1972).
As regards to "acute" characteristic of Mkhris may be connected with very high reactivity of UFA (oc-
state) of membrane structures (Yu.A.Vladimirov et all 1972). Addition of "one unsaturated bind" leads to
11-fold increase of "coefficient of reactivity", while 4-6 unsaturated binds resulted to 1739-3478 fold
increase of reactivity (A.N.Detsina et all 1990, V.N.Ushkalova 1986). In close connection with this in
solid organs, where predominated a-state ofmembrane-redoxy potentials 3 state line system extent of
damage and disturbances of membrane structures following the onset of disease proceeds in more
intensive range (Ya.A.Vladimirov et all 1972) while (3-state of MS (badgan) showed slow reactivity
(Ya.M.lopukhin et all 1983), which coincided with "stupid" characteristic of "Badgan".
In such way in framework of the new conception we are explaining that "hot", "acute", "oily"
characteristics of "Mkhris" has connected with "thermogenic", "protonophore". "activatining"

While "cold", "heavy", "stupid" characteristics of "Badgan" has coincided with "energy accumulating",
heat limiting, "stabilizing" effects of (betta - state - saturated fatty acids) of MS i.e solid betta - state of
membrane structures with high level of reduction potential with high middle level of heat energy
formation, high intensity of high energy phosphate - ATP generation, of high energy electrons -
NADPH generation, containing more quantity of cholesterol, and saturated fatty acids (SFA), which
according to our new suggestion conditioned the abstraction notion "Badgan" also possessed "cold"
property, having T-of smelting + 53 - + 69C (Ua.Kagava 1985, U.Strier 1984).
Apart from this solid betta - state of membrane structures with high level of reduction potential with
high middle level of heat energy formation, high intensity of high energy phosphate - ATP generation,
of high energy electrons - NADPH generation (cholesterol, and SFA) possessed more resistence to action
of various "protonophore" factors (Yu.M.Lopukhin et all 1983, G.I.Klebanov et all 1986), which is
conditioned less thermogenic activity (V.P.Skulachev 1971) and resulted to limitation of thermogenesis.
Also, "motile", "light" characteristics of rlung are due to nerve impulse generating and impulse
conducting activity of intermediate gamma state of membrane structures with low level of oxidation-
reduction potential of excitable membranes (excitable cells), which for their normal functioning are
required a high level of proton gradient generation, high level of intensity of high energy phosphate -
ATP generation, high level of high energy electrons - NADPH generation, but the intermediate gammastate of membrane structures with low level of oxidation-reduction potential can not provide this in the
sufficient level.
In case of shortage of proton gradient generation and deficiency of high energy phosphate - ATP
generation, high level of high energy electrons - NADPH generation, which more easily provocated when
dominated the intermediate gamma state of membrane structures with low level of oxidation-reduction
potential are resulted to appearance of "motile", "light" characteristics, coded by abstract rlung thermin.
At normal condition, basic 3 states of MS existed in mutual transition and mutual oppression which
connected with theory of TMTM about interrelation-interposition property of rlung, Mkhris, Badgan.
Theory of Mongolian traditional medicine considered that ". . . cool character of Badgan decreases hot
character of Mkhris . . , Hot-oilness of Mkhris prevents excessively increase of cold (cool)-oilness of
Badgan i.e Mkhris and Badgan existed in interrelations and interopposition ... ".

By our opinion, above mentioned theoretical expression of Traditional Medicine had been appeared in the
result of reflection "transitional processes", which take place as follows :
1. The intermediate gamma state of membrane structures with low level of oxidation - reduction

membrane structures with low level of oxidation - reduction potential with low level of proton gradient

low intensity of of high energy electrons - NADPH generation
Besides this, the solid betta - state of membrane structures with high level of reduction potential with
middle level of heat energy formation, high intensity of high energy phosphate - ATP generation, of high
energy electrons - NADPH generation served the role of precondition of normal existence and normalformation and reformation of the intermediate gamma state of membrane structures with low level of

phosphate - ATP generation, of high energy electrons - NADPH generation served the role of
precondition of normal existence and normal formation and reformation of the intermediate gamma state
of membrane structures with low level of oxidation - reduction potential with low level of proton

The fluid - alpha state of membrane structures with high level of oxidation potential with high level of
heat energy formation, middle intensity of high energy phosphate - ATP generation, of high energy
electrons - NADPH generation served the role of precondition of normal existence and normal formation
and reformation of thesolid betta - state of membrane structures with high level of reduction potential
with middle level of heat energy formation, high intensity of high energy phosphate - ATP generation,
of high energy electrons - NADPH generation i.e in favour of this suggestion recently has been
established that unsaturated fatty acids of alpha state (fluidity) of membrane structures prevents excessive
increase of saturated fatty acids of betta state of MS (solid), while betta state of MS (solid) decreases and
maintaines the normal alpha - state of MS /L.Strier 1985, E.Kreps 1981, Ya,Kagava 1985/ (Picture N 4)
One simple example of such processes is addition of one unsaturated bind of a-state of MS to p-state of
MS accompanied with decrease of T of smelting from + 39.5-to + 14C, which may be serve as one ofthe proofs of Traditional medicine's conception: ". . . hot of Mkhris decreases cold of Badgan. . . "
(Picture N 4).
2. Whole organism's regulatory function of Rlung. Mkhris. Badgan. their thermodinamical basis and
participation of membrane-redoxy potentials 3 state line system.
In old sutars of Traditional medicine it was stressed that ". . . If mkhris existed in adequate equal forms,
which forms the "heat energy" of organism, it provides the nutrition and substrates, necessary to function
of all organism ... If badgan is existed in equal balanced state, which adds the weight and fat, protects the
losses of nutrient substrates, ensuring the longevity of life . . . ".

In basis of theory of Traditional Medicine we came to conclusion, that such formulation on whole
organism's regulatory function of rlung, mkris, badgan is closely connected with thermodynamical
process, which constantly takes place within living organism (M.Ambaga, B.Sarantsetseg 1990),
including membrane-redoxy potentials 3 state line system.
Fluidity alpha state of membrane structures with high level of oxidation potential with high level of heat
energy formation, middle intensity of high energy phosphate - ATP generation, of high energy electrons -
NADPH generation, having more cis - configuration (L.Strier 1985) is created unorderly thermodynamic
state, in same system of MS (E.A.Borodin et all 1981, 1985) unavoidly increased the probability of
transition all usefull energy (U) to useless unreversible heat energy (Q) with more lossess of free energy
(F).
In such way, in thermodynamical system, where is prevailed alpha state of membrane structures with high
oxidation potential of membrane-redoxy potentials 3 state line system, when created the condition of
transferring of proton gradient to heat energy, not to generation of of high energy phosphate - ATP, of
high energy electrons - NADPH "thermodynamic process is going in direction to more losses of useful
free energy (F), and to more dispersion of useless "heat" energy (Q) i.e thermodynamic process of
transition F-TS is directed to decrease of F, and gradually increase of Q, TS, which probably may serve
the guidelines of right interpretation of theory of Traditional medicine "... mkhris forms "heat" andprovides the necessary energy to normal function of organism . . . But excessively increase of mkhris
burnes the all the energy and the nutritients of all organism . . . ".
While betta state of membrane structures with high reduction potential of organism creates more stabile
"thermodynamic" system, in such system due to trans - configuration of saturated fatty acids and
cholesterol (L.Strier 1985), when created the condition of transferring of proton gradient not to heat
energy, to generation of of high energy phosphate - ATP, of high energy electrons - NADPH,
thermodynamic processes accompanied with more reservation of free energy (F) and less dispersion of
heat (Q, TS) energy i.e thermodynamic reaction proceeds in direction: to gradually increase of F, and to
decrease of Q, which are expressed in Traditional Medicine as ". . . Badgan addes the weight of organism,
protectes the nutrient from burning and gives possibility to long life ... ".
As regads to intermediate gamma state, when created the condition of less generation of proton gradient,
thereby formation of heat energy, and generation of high energy phosphate -ATP, of high energy
electrons - NADPH became diminished "which by our openion, conditioned the all external patterns of
rlung abstract theoretical expression is unstable "thermodynamic system" where "thermodynamic reaction
is proceeded in minimum level of free energy /F/ and maximum level of enthropy /TS/ ".
Apart from this there can be reasons to say that theory of MTM on whole organism's regulatiory role of
"rlung, Mkhris, Badgan" has close connection with action of symphatic /SNS/ and parasymphatic /PNS/
nervous system, because of recruitment the fluid state of MS with high oxidation potential created
precondition of activation of SNS, while recruitment betta - state of MS with high reduction potential and
high viscosity created precondition of activation of PNS, while formation of betta - state of MS leads to
activation of PNS, external signs of which has more similarity with appearance of cold, stupid, heavymucus characteristics Badgan /M.Ambaga 1991/.

We, by using the new methodological approach Substance external properties abstraction, taking in
attention the such principle that . . . five elements such as fire, water, earth, rlung, are not the really
existed elements . . . five elements are abstracted symbols, which appeared in order to make easy to
understand to people and in the result of perceiving the following external forms, colours . . . came to
conclusion that:
The comparative theoretical analysis of philosophical basis of fiveelements theory of Oriental
Medicine
In connection with this principle that theory of five elements of Oriental medicine expressed by thermins
as fire, water , earth , rlung, cosmos, wood iron had been formed as abstracted, not really
existing elements, it would be more interesting, if clarify these following guestions:
When, how had appeared the theory of five elements in the result of revealing which thing and
identifying it with what thihgs.
In appearing the theory of five elements what thing had been played the role of material, really
substance, existing in side of human body.
1. The theory of five elements in Oriental medicine had formed in the basis of common philosophical
views i.e. it had differentiated each other by that, what thermins had been used, and had not differentiated
what thing to be symbolized, abstracted.
2. Between five elements theory Traditional Medicine did not existed such sharp differences, butamong researchers existed many controversial views in this regard.
3. The reason, why in Oriental Chinese medicine used thermins as "wood", "iron" and in Traditional
medicine used such thermins as "water", "rlung", "fire" may be explained by this circumstances, that
thinkers of this time had resort to identify own recognized things with such things, with which had been
encountered (faced with) in every day life.
By using the methodological approach and new conception as "substance - external properties -
abstraction", "rlung, Mkhris, Badgan abstract thermin - membrane - redoxy potentials 3 state line system
"we are managed to reveal that the role of "material substance" leading to appearance of abstracted five
elements theory in Oriental Medicine and which had been secretly existed behind such external signs-

patterns as: hot, cold, cool, sharp, fullness, emptiness, activated, slow, dampness may be played the
membrane-redoxy potentials 3 state line system of human body and their 3 basic states: fluid alpha state
of membrane structures with high oxidation potential, solid betta state of membrane structures with high
reduction potential, gamma state of membrane structures with slow redoxy potentials i.e. behind hot,
sharp, acrid, activated external properties of abstracted elements "fire", "wood" had existed the

To questions of explaining the identity and difference of theory Yang-Yin and theory rlung.
Mkhris. Badgan in the framework of new conception "rlung. Mkhris, Badgan membrane -
redoxy potentials 3 state line system "
During comparative theoretical investigation, which has been conducted by using the new methodological
approach "External patterns - theory of five elements", "Substance - external patterns - abstraction" we
came to conclusion that the theory of Yang - Yin and the theory of rlung, Mkhris, Badgan in Mongolianand Korean Traditional Medicine had formed in the result of converting the theory of five elements to
specific object of thinking i.e. theory of five elements and theory Yang -Yin, rlung - Mkhris, Badgan are
two unseparately steps of recognition of one things-one substance. The this our conclusion has been
confirmed by theoretical expressions, written in the "The yellow emperor's classic of Medicine" (1995)
as, ". . . The elements of fire and water are categorized into yang and yin, the fire being yang and the
water being yin".
Also, we had revealed such close relationship, which can be expressed as: Yang-Mkhris- fluid alpha state
of membrane structures with high oxidation potential, Yin Badgan - solid betta state of membrane
structures with high reduction potential.
In order to confirm this close relationship we are drawing the below evidence:
A.Theoretical expression on whole organism's regulatory role of Yang-Yin and rlung. Mkhris.
Badgan and their membrane - redoxy potentials 3 state line system.
What about membrane mechanism and thermodynamic equivalents of theoretical expressions of KMTM
on the whole organisms regulatory role of Yang - Yin, and rlung, Mkhris, badgan we are concluded that
the prevalence of fluid alpha state of membrane structures with high oxidation potential in
energysynthetizing membrane structure leads to increase of bind energy - enthropy /TS/, decrease of free
energy /F/ by O/ P mechanism (oxydation : phosphorylation), accompanying with more heat energy
equivalents
The whole organisms regulatory role of Yang, Yin and Mkhris, Badgan had expressed in theory of
CKTM (The yellow emperor's classic of medicine, 1995), as: ". . . energy requirement of human body
compensated by increasing of Yang, while energy preservation had ensured by increasing of Yin. . .Yang
is the energy, the vital force, the potential, while yin is the substance, the foundation, the mother that
gives rise to all this potential. . . ", in theory of MTM as: ". . . If Mkhris existed in equal forms, which
forms the "heat" of human body, provides the energy, nutrition and substrates, necessary to function of all
organism ... If badgan is existed in equal state, which adds the weight and fat, protects the losses of
substrates, ensuring the longevity of life. . . " i.e. it was became appearant that the theoretical expression
of MKTM on the whole organisms regulatory role of Yang - Yin and Mkhris, Badgan had moresimilarity, in otherwise, by abstract thermins of Yang, Mkhris in MKTM considered the situation, how in
human body has been occurred the process of energy consumption, while by abstract notion of Yin, and
Badgan in MKTM has been showed the general feature of energy preservation process inside of human
body.

formation and external signs of these above mentioned membrane based process summarized in the
theory of KMTM as "hot", "sharp", "activating" external properties of Yang, Mkhris and as increase of
Yang, Mkhris hot, thi decreaie of Yin, Badgan cool and increase of body heat.
In other case, the predominance of solid betta state of membrane structures with high reduction
potential in the energy - synthetizing membrane structure of human body, associated with excessive
formation of free energy - ATP and less formation of bind, heat energy /TS/, and this membrane based
process conditioned the more energy preservation and limitation of heat energy formation, which may be
expressed in the theory of KMTM as increase of Yin cold and Badgan cool characteristics.
The results of all above mentioned theoretical comparative analysis has been showed that the membrane
redoxy mechanism of theory of KMTM on whole organism's regulatory role of Yang -Yin, rlung,
Badgan, Mkhris can be explained by following close relationship as: "Yang, Mkhris - fluid, alpha state of
MS with high oxidation potential - decrease of ATP synthesis - increase of heat energy formation -
decrease of energypreservation - appearance of "hot", "sharp" external patterns of Yang, Mkhris", and
"Badgan, Yin - solid betta state of membrane structure with high reduction potential - increase of ATP
synthesis - increase of energy preservation decrease of energy losses and thermogenesis - appearance of
"cold", "cool" external patterns of Yin, Badgan" and so the first way of increase of solid betta - state of all
membrane structures with high reduction potential in winter gives the possibility to discover the matte rof theory of Traditional Medicine ". . . in winter, under action of cold badgan to be stored, but concealed
by cold.. . " (BJigmed 1988).
The second way of increase of betta state of membrane structure with high reduction potential directly
connected with the thermin of Traditional medicine ". . . warmth of the sun in spring causes "Badgan" to
arise . . ".
But if excessively increase of betta - state (trans - configuration) in spring potentiated by low temperature
and saturated fatty acids, cholesterol (Y.A.Vladimirov 1983) leads to "cold - depending phasic transition
of membranes with high reduction potential" with following abruptly losses of activity of membrane
binding enzymes and receptors (M.E.Kreps 1981), which had expressed in MTM by following notion: ". .
. if in spring heavy and oily qualities combined with coolness stored, arises "Badgan" ailment . . .".
And so measurements of prevention from disease due to "cold-depending phasic transition" must be
directed to establishment of proper membrane states by rationale use of foods and clothes in spring and
autumn.
B.The similarity og theoretical expressions of KMTM on general characteristics of Yang-Yin and rlung.
Mkhris. Badgan and membrane structures.
During our comparative investigation we had revealed that hot, sharp, hot-oil, fullness, activated, light
external characteristics of Yang-Mkhris are closely connected with hot, sharp, hot oil, fullness, activated,
light external properties of abstracted elements "fire", "wood", and behind such general characteristics of
Yang, Mkhris, abstracted elements "fire", "wood" had existed the process of intensification of heat energy
formation and activation of "enzyme - substrates", "hormone-receptor" interaction, which had been
carried out in the background of predominating the fluid-alpha state of membrane structure with highoxidation potential .
Also, it can be say that "cold", "cool", "passive", "slow", "dampness" general properties of Yin, Badgan
had existed in close relationship with "cold", "cool", "passive", "slow", "dampness" general
characteristics of abstracted elements "water", "earth", "iron", the molecular, membrane mechanism of
appearance of such general characteristics of Yang, Badgan and abstracted elements "water", "earth",
"iron" would be explained by activation of ATP-energy synthesis, energy accumulation limitation of heat
energy formation and inhibition of activity of membrane binding enzymes and receptors, owing to
prevailing of solid betta state of membrane structures with high reduction potential (Picture N5).

In such way the results of our comparative investigation allows to conclude that theoretical expressions of
KMTM on external signs of Yang - Yin and Mkhris, Badgan did not distinguished by philosophical basis
and inner substance level i.e. the unique role of inner substance in regarding lo externally distinguished
general characteristics of Yang-Yin, Mkhris - Badgau played the solid betta state of membrane
structures with high reduction potential and offluid alpha state of membrane structures with high
oxidation potential.
The appearance of such pathological signs: as high temperature, thirst, acute intensive pain, acute attacks
of disease during excessive pathological increase of general characteristics of Yang, Mkhris are
associated with intensive release of pyrogenic prostaglandin Fl, presentation of "antigen" in the
membrane surface of macrophages and lymphocytes, activation "antigen-antibody" interaction and
release of many inflammation mediators in background of excessive increase of fluid alpha state of
membrane structures with high oxidation potential. While decrease of Body heat, feeling of cold, slow
indigestion, more sleeping , chronic duration of disease which had been observed during excessivepathological increase of general characteristics of Badgan, Yin are explained by inhibition of heat energy
formation /by O/P mechanism/, chronic shortage of heat energy, decrease of H+-gcneration and HCL-
synthesis , inactivation of "antigen" presentation on macrophage membrane structure
anddecrease of-excitability of excitable membranes in the background of solid betta state of membrane
structures with high reduction potential.

The theory of Tibetan - Mongolian, Korean Traditional Medicine in regarding to healthy existing
condition of human body had more similarity i.e. in the theory of KTM this question is expressed as ". . .
precondition of healthy existing of human organism is preservation of normal balance between Yang andYin . . . ", in the theory of MTM as: " . . . precondition of healthy existing of human organism is equality
which established between rlung, mkhris, badgan . . . ". It can be say the membrane-redoxy mechanism
of above mentioned theoretical expression may be explained by establishing the normal balance between
three basic st at es as fluid alpha state of membrane structures with high level of oxidation potential
with high level of heat energy formation, middle intensity of high energy phosphate - ATP generation, of
high energy electrons - NADPH generation and solid betta - state of membrane structures with high level
of reduction potential with high middle level of heat energy formation, high intensity of high energy
phosphate - ATP generation, of high energy electrons - NADPH generation, as well as intermediate

gamma state of membrane structures with low level of oxidation - reduction potential with low level of
proton gradient generation, low level of heat energy formation, low intensity of high energy phosphate
- ATP generation, low intensity of of high energy electrons - NADPH generation under various
unpleasant actions, environmental influence, resulting to gain useful adaptation reactions.
C.Theory of Yang-Yin and rlung, Mkhris, Badgan about reason, provocating the disease and
membrane-redoxy potentials 3 state line system
According to the theory of KTM ". . . Every disease has been provocated in the basis of disturbance of
balance between Yang and Yin . . . ", while according to theory of TMTM ". . . The reason of disease is
losses of balance (disbalance) between rlung, mkhris, badgan . . . ". The membrane mechanism of such
similarity of theoretical formulations of KMTM in regarding to main reason of disease is associated with
disturbance of balanced equality between basic three st ates as fluid -alpha state of membrane structures
with high level of oxidation potential with high level of heat energy formation, middle intensity of high
energy phosphate - ATP generation, of high energy electrons - NADPH generation, solid betta - state of
membrane structures with high level of reduction potential with high middle level of heat energy
formation, high intensity of high energy phosphate - ATP generation, of high energy electrons - NADPH
generation, intermediate gamma state of membrane structures with low level of oxidation - reduction
potential with low level of proton gradient generation, low level of heat energy formation, low intensityof high energy phosphate-ATP generation, low intensity of of high energy electrons - NADPH
generation under action of pathogenic environmental factors, which at last, leads to unability of human
organism to conduct the normal adaptive reaction.
Basing on above mentioned experimental data we came to conclusion that decrease of immune reaction

The principle "Fullness and emptiness" of Korean-Chinese traditional medicine and membrane-
redoxy potentials 3 state line system
Two of eight diagnostic and Treatment principle of Korean Chinese Traditional Medicine are principle
"fullness and emptiness" (Shin. Min Kyu 1995).
It can be say that, the principle "fullness and emptiness" shows the intensity of response of human body to
pathogenic factors and to action of medicinal preparations. When in human organism prevails the
"emptiness" it is demonstrated the signs of slowing of response reaction to pathogenic factors and to
action of Medicinal preparations, while increase of "fullness" is accompanied with stimulating the over
response reactions.
During comparative investigation we are revealed that "fullness" of Korean Traditional Medicine
corresponds to "sharp" characteristic of Mkhris, while "emptiness" is existed in close relationship with
"stupid" characteristic of "Badgan", because according to theory of Tibetan Mongolian Traditional
Medicine the "sharp" characteristic of Mkhris leads to suddenly attack of disease, shooting pains in all
parts of a body, high sensitivity to pathogenic factors and fast end of disease, the "stupid" characteristic of
badgan is contributed to frequent chronisation of disease, slow response reaction to Medical treatment,
Disease often got hidden, atypical forms.
In the result of comparative analysis we have find such close relationship, which can describe as follows:
"fullness - sharp characteristic of Mkhris - fluid alpha state of membrane structures with high oxidationpotential of immunocytes, accompanied with over response reactions" "emptiness -stupid characteristics
of badgan - solid betta state of MS with high reduction potentials of immunocytes, accompanied with
suppressed response reactions". ur experimental data has been demonstrated that increase of solid betta
state of membrane structure with high reduction potential on immunocytes after administration of
cholesterol in dose 250 mg/kg in mices leads to decrease quantity of immunocytes in 1.27 fold, antibody
titer -1.38 fold, immunostimulator effects of medicinal preparations in 1.2-1.42 fold (P

immunocytes leads to an appearance of external patterns, which in Korean traditional Medicine is
described under thermin "emptiness", in Mongolian traditional Medicine under thermin "stupid"
characteristic of badgan.
The intensification of immune reaction intensity is due to increase of fluid alpha state of MS with high
oxidation potential on immunocytes accompanied with appearance of some external patterns, which is
expressed in theory of KTM by thermin "fullness", in theory of Mongolian Traditional Medicine by
thermin "sharp" characteristics of Mkhris.
Our new suggestion /M.Ambaga, Kim Ki Chang 1996/ relating to close coincidence of "emptiness" and
"stupid" characteristics with "betta state of MS with high reduction potential -dependent immune
deficiency state" has confirmed by the results of investigation of other authors /Li Song Hyo 1991, Kim
Chang Gol 1991, Ching Tae Uong 1991, Rak Uong Hun 1991/ during which they had established that the
appearance of "emptiness" is connected with decrease of immunocytes and antibody synthesis, also
Rehmannice glutinosae Epimedium sagitatum, Glycyrrhiazae uralensis, which used for treatment of
"emptiness" - like disease had possessed the immunostimulator effects in the form of increasing the cell
- mediated and humoral immunity.
Such interpretation of principle "emptiness and fullness" gives us possibility to increase immune reaction
of a human body by using medicaments, which is used in traditional Medicine for converting emptiness tofullness, "stupid" characteristic of Badganto "sharp" characteristic of Mkhris.
The principle "exterior" and interior of Korean Traditional Medicine and membrane-redoxy
potentials 3 state line system.
Our studies have been showed that the principle "exterior and interior" of Korean - Chinese Traditional
Medicine corresponds to philosophic category "external patterns and inner essence". If considered the
principle "exterior and interior" in accordance with new conception "Substance - external patterns -
abstract notion " proposed by professor M.Ambaga (1994) the principle "interior" corresponds to
substances-inner material secretive objects, while "exterior" is connected with external properties of
Ying, Yin. Judging by theory of Korean-Chinese Traditional Medicine in majority case exterior and
interior had identical origin i.e. interior hot-exterior hot, interior cold-exterior cold, in this case
establishment of right Diagnosis is very easy. But there are such cases, when exterior is not
corresponded to interior, in this case establishment of right Diagnosis would become more difficulty
/Kim Ki Chang 1996/.
We are attempted to explain the scientific essence of accordance and unaccordance of "interior" and
"exterior" In Korean Traditional Medicine by using the new conception "Substance External patterns-
Abstract notion" and "rlung, Mkhris, Badgan abstract theory and membrane-redoxy potentials 3 state
line system.
"In the result of conducting the comparative analysis we are revealed that the principle of accordance of
exterior with interior corresponds to this situation, when external patterns of human normal existence and
disease are coincided with to this process, which are initiated (occurred) in membrane-redoxy potentials
3 state line system level (3 morpho-functional states of MS) i.e. hot, sharp, light characteristics "Mkhris"and alpha state of MS with high oxidation potential. But there are situations when external characteristics
- outwardly manifested signs of mkhris, badgan and Yin, Yang did not corresponded to this process,
which is inwardly initiated in membrane-redoxy potentials 3 state line system
Such scientific interpretation of "Exterior and Interior" principle of Korean Traditional Medicine shows
that in case of appearance of unaccordance of "Exterior and Interior", the medical treatment should be
directed to correct of Disturbances, occurred in basic morpho-functional states of
level i.e. externally hot,
light, sharp characteristics of Mkhris and internally solid betta state of MS with high reduction
potential. Such uncorrespondance of external patterns with inner substances are described in Korean
Traditional Medicine as exterior cold-interior hot, Exterior hot-Interior cold.
