8 million people affected, including 5.3 million in 14 highly affected districts

At least 1 million children are in urgent needs of humanitarian assistance

cannot sleep at night.”

"During the second earthquake my friend died and I feel very sad."

“Before we used to play with friends but now we do not and I have lost my appetite. I don’t want to be separated from my parents and I feel scared all the time.”
