ELECTRIC COUNTER TILTING ROUND SKILLET

SPECIFICATIONS:

electrically heated counter tilting skillet, C-CSA-US certifiedand NSF listed. The skillet shall be of one piece covedcorner, 10 gauge stainless steel with a #4 exterior finish anda polished interior. The pan sides shall slope outward tofacilitate access to the cooking surface. Cooking surfaceshall be 3/8" (9.5mm) thick stainless steel clad plate, fittedwith clamped on electric heating elements rated at 7.5 kWfor even heat transfer over entire cooking surface. Pan shallbe fitted with side pivots mounted in sealed stainless steelclad consoles mounted on a 10 gauge stainless steel basewith #4 finish. Pan shall be fitted with a stainless steel tilthandle with heat resistant knob for tilting the pan forward forcomplete removal of contents with provisions for mountingon left or right sides.

Controls shall be integrally mounted and shall include apower switch, pilot light, thermostat, and high temperaturecut-off.

The skillet shall operate in a temperature range of 160°F to445°F (71°C to 230°C).

The skillet can be mounted on an optional 30" (762 mm) wide stainless steel stand.
