HOW DO I REGISTER MY GROUP?You can register by completing the registration form at the end of this packet. You can either mail or fax the completed registration form with payment. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Money Order, Credit Card, or Company/Organization Check.

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION AND PAY LATER?Because of the popularity of the event, all payments are due at the time of booking.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?Payment is due when you submit your registration form. All registration forms must be received no later than one week prior to event.

CAN I ADD/REDUCE MY ORDER? As long as space is still available you can add on to your order up to 2 weeks prior to the event. All tickets are non-refundable.

WHERE DO WE CAMP? Camping will be in the Rivers Edge Picnic Grove along the banks of the Connecticut River. Wooded and field spots are available. All camping locations are first come first serve.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?Six Flags New England is open rain or shine.

WHAT AGES ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE? All ages are invited to participate. We ask that all

groups have the appropriate number of chaperones for their group.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR CAMPING SUPPLIES? Camping supplies – Tent, sleeping bag, pad, flashlight, etc. (Please note – no fuels, knives, non-battery operated lanterns). Six Flags New England will be providing meal service so it is not necessary to bring mess kits.

CAN I BRING AN RV?No, only tents are allowed.

ARE SIBLINGS ALLOWED TO COME?Siblings are allowed to participate and will be considered a member of the group for the weekend.

ARE THERE RESTROOM FACILITIES/-SHOWERS? There are restroom facilities located in the camping area. There are no showers; however, showers are available in Hurricane Harbor during normal operating hours.

IS HURRICANE HARBOR WATER PARK OPEN?Yes! Hurricane Harbor will be open during the Camporee 11am – 7pm.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN? Check-in will take place Saturday morning between 8:00am – 9:00am. Camping locations are first come, first served.
