Some History

• Until 1997 all continuous road lighting permanent on.

• Period 1997-2007 switch off from 0.30 till 5.30(fix time frame)

• 2007-2011 0.00 till 6.00 enlarging time frame.

• Interchanges lit permanent

• Major Ring road permanent on

• October 2010: Minister decided to work on a new

modern and dynamic road lighting scheme

• Principal : only lighting were the needs are high
