•YOU WORK WITH A “PHOTOGRAPH” of the LIVE MEMBERSHIP DATA

•YOU STILL HAVE to turn in certain SIGNED PAPERWORK with fees

•THE COUNCIL PROCESSES your recharter to effect the changes on the LIVE system.

STEP 1 – LOAD ROSTER (from Council data or Troop source)

STEP 2 – UPDATE ROSTER

• Remove Members – ONLY time of year to do this

• Add Members – CAN BE DONE IN ADVANCE

• Update Member Profiles -- CAN BE DONE IN ADVANCE

• Change Adult POSITIONS – only time to do WITHOUT APP.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

EVERY UNIT should turn in a JTE Scorecard, regardless of if they achieve a “medal” level.

Scorecards need to be signed by your Unit Leader, Committee Chair, COR and Unit Commissioner. If you don’t have a UC, the District Commissioner or one of the Asst. District Commissioners will fill in.

GO OVER YOUR SCORECARD with your UC … we don’t grade you nearly as tough as you do yourself!

• USE 2013 scorecard EVEN though you are completing it for the recharter year ended Jan. 31, 2014.

• MANY of the items can be completed as of now or by December. No need to wait until the last minute.

• For PACKS, camping at CUBOREE COUNTS toward the Cub Camping requirement.

• For SERVICE PROJECT requirement, hours have to be entered into the JTE website.
