Dream Factory faces the year
2014 with great expectations .
Welcome to our first newslet-
ter for 2014. We hope you will
enjoy reading it.
Without a doubt, this year will
be busy and great! All of our
programs, including Women
Empowerment Program, IT
short courses, Adopt-a-Club
project and Volunteer Pro-
gram, will continue with great
speed.
Our other area of concentra-
tion will be the consolidation
of the overall work and pro-
grams in Dream Factory. You
may be aware that in the
course of last year, School
Mission joined Dream Facto-
ry.
Owing to this new develop-
ment, we moved to a new
facility, which today is our
new headquarter. This new
land has endless amount of
potential for development of
our programs and activities.
Over time, it is our dream to
see many people empowered
at this beautiful place.
Just to mention a few of our
dreams for this land: Our own

Empowerment Program is a success, we
salute you and ask for abundant blessings
for you from God.
17th January 2014 saw a second group of
20 women recruited for this year’s
Women Empowerment Program. This
group will run from 7th February 2014 to
7th February 2015.
The recruitment was followed by an in-
tensive workshop wherein Dream Factory
administered loans of K500 to each
woman in attendance. It was a great and
wonderful day for all of us, where women
celebrated and sang nice songs and
danced.
Imagine how good and wonderful it
is to bring back the smile on the
face of a gloomy person! We are
happy to see that the work of God is
being done in Nkwazi compound of
Ndola through Dream Factory.
It is a breakthrough for you and me
considering how much help we are
giving to the vulnerab-
le through microloans.
Other people may feel it is
something small until they
see how benefiting it is to
the beneficiaries. It is as a
seed planted and germina-
ting to give out more.
My hope is that we could
have more people come and
see how their contributions
are making a difference.

have been instrumental in
ensuring that the Women

Stanley says, "My passion is teaching; I
am a firm believer that the major diffe-
rence between success and failure in life
is the content of the mind. Therefore, a
deliberate renewal and development of
the mind is vitally critical to all mankind.
That is why I am passionate about chan-
ging the mindset of people at community
level"

cess on every turn.
The month of December 2013 saw us mo-
ving from Petauke Road to new offices at
5 Kansenshi Small Holdings. On this big
piece of land is a house, which is being
used for offices and to accommodate vo-
lunteers. The rest of the land has been
used for farming purposes and has huge
potential for other projects including our
current vision, which is to construct a
football pitch, a clubhouse, and an insaka
(a veranda-like room with a fancy that-
ched roof), and a volunteer house.
Ideally the football pitch will be put
to use by our ‘Adopt- a- Club’ de-
partment for football training pur-
poses and tournaments. It will also
be used as a camping ground for
both locals and volunteer teams
from abroad. The clubhouse will
hold changing rooms and
bathrooms to facilitate the ongoing
activities within our premises.
The insaka will be used for staff pro-
grams, discipleship courses and any
other outdoor meetings, whereas the
volunteer guesthouse will be used to ac-
commodate even more volunteers, there-
by allowing for more office space in the
current building.
With the consolidation program we just
embarked on, we hope to have a success-
ful 2014.

God gave me a vision to build a
discipleship centre to minister to
students in schools. At this centre,
students would come for confe-
rences and prayers. I decided to
be trained as a pastor at Kaniki
Bible College in Ndola, Zambia.
There I met Elevin who is my wife
today.
One of the lecturers, John Peder-
sen, was director for School Missi-
on for Christ, an interdenominati-
onal organisation that ministered
to students in schools, colleges
and the universities.
I learnt later that School Mission had a
vision to build discipleship centres for
students, a vision similar to what I had.
On completing my 2 year training at Kani-
ki Bible College, I joined School Mission
and I have since that time worked in
schools, colleges and the University of
Zambia as a School Mission pastor.
After my marriage to Elevin, she joined
me in Lusaka where we together have
been serving God in schools. Right now,
we are ministering in 15 schools. As a
couple, we have ministered to a number
of teachers in many ways including or-
ganising marriage seminars.
We have been speaking to our disciples
on relationship, courtship and marriage.
Currently we do speak on matters of mar-
riage at a Lusaka radio station every
Thursday.
When we are in schools, we minister to
students when they gather at the assemb-
ly, in classrooms, on clubs day and on
special arrangements. We also organise
seminars and conferences where we ga-
ther up to 500 to 800 students.
I am a secondary school teacher by pro-
fession. When I was a young Christian
training to become a teacher I heard that
Muslims had sponsored many young men
to train as teachers. The intention was that
these young men should be used to influ-
ence their students into Islam. At that
particular time the Lord spoke to me that,
I would be a teacher to lead young pe-
ople (students) to the Lord. Teaching
would give me a platform to serve God.
From that day to this hour, I like ministe-
ring to students.
After completing my teaching course, I
was sent by the ministry of education to a
boarding school where I served as a sci-
ence teacher. In that school, I led hund-
reds of students to the Lord. There was a
great revival and the school hall was al-
ways full of students during times of pray-
er. There were unusual manifestations of
the power of God in healings and delive-
rance.
