For the time being, we can only guess how many Lithuanian NGOs are going to implement EC projects by participating in the consortiums

• members’ capacity building program,

• to create working structure for mutual information and experience exchange,

• to share information, human recourses,

• to learn to represent the value of the very specific social diplomacy activities carried out abroad at national and EU level.
