Nikola Tesla

● Nikola Tesla was born on 10th July, 1856 in Smiljan.

School

● He finished the first grade of elementary school in Smiljan.

● Father Milutin moved him to Gospić where he finished the remaining 3 grades; he finished high school there,too.

● He was very sick at the end of the third year of high school.

Work● In 1881 Tesla moved to Budapest where he

employed in telegraph company.● Tesla moved to Paris where he worked as an

engineer.● He began working with X-rays in April

1887.When he was performing his experiments Nikola photographed his hand. This discovery was published in 1892.

● Tesla's materials and notes were burned in the fire.

● Tesla investigated high frequency currents of 1000.000 volts.
