Planned Development• Mixed use development is only

permitted by right in the Northgate and Wolf Pen Creek zoning districts, so a planned development zoning is necessary.

• Modifications to standard zoning districts to help create mixed use environment.

• Staff only authorized to approve minor changes such as minor building or parking additions, etc.
