WRITING SIMPLE

INTRODUCTION AND

CONCLUSIONLet’s turn the paragraphs into a complete narrative

essay!

An introduction…

• describes the main character,

• describes the place (setting) or

• describes the event.

You don’t have to write about all of the above.

Choose one!

Describe the main character.

• Important: The description must be related to the story!

Example:

Nazri likes to travel. He likes animals

and nature very much.

• Put the introduction at the beginning of your story.

You may write a conclusion…

• by describing the characters’ feelings (after what has

happened),

• by describing how it ends or

• with a moral value.

Again, you don’t have to write about all of the above.

You may choose just one!

Describe the characters’ feelings.

• Important: The description must be related to the story!

Example:

In the evening, Nazri and his family went home. They were all very tired but happy.

• Put the conclusion at the end of your story.

THE FINAL PRODUCT……the narrative essay!

Nazri likes to travel. He likes animals and nature verymuch.
