Nour Consulting Research has its own interviewer teams across the
North Africa. They work for Nour consulting in North Africa Region:
Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Mauritania...
The broad range of different qualifications of our interviewers and their high
levels of motivation guarantee extremely reliable study results. As well as pay
commensurate to performance, fair cooperation with the interviewers is also
important to us.
Nour Consulting follows the following quality control measures for
quantitative research: Briefing and discussion The client briefs on the project
and discuss all steps with project management team. Pilot / set-up: Project
management team briefs and discuss questionnaire with Fieldwork Manager,
supervisor and senior interviewers. Depending on the type and size of the
sample, we can pilot up to 5 interviews. We enter the data from pilots to
validate data entry script. Findings of pilot interviews: we discuss any matters
that happened during the pilot interviews and while using data entry module
at the pilot stage. We communicate and discuss them with the client.
Main briefing / training:
Interviewer teams and Quality Assurance team are briefed on the project, objectives, discuss, review the questionnaire. Usual elements of the briefing include knowledge session, mock interviews, question and answer session. When going to the field, novice interviews are accompanied for the first five interviews for each project. Usually interviewers report to the supervisors every day. Supervisors consult all topics with Fieldwork Manager. The client can be updated three times per week on the fieldwork progress.
Logic check (100 % of interviews) is being done simultaneously to the fieldwork. Quality Assurance team back checks minimum of 35 % interviews done by each interviewer.
Back check of data loading (entry) is being done also simultaneously to the fieldwork, while the interview has been accepted by Quality Assurance.
In summary:
20 % accompaniment of interviewers by the supervisor.
Minimum of 40 % back-checking of questionnaires.
100 % logic scrutiny of questionnaires.
Minimum of 35 % back checking of data loading above samples of 100
